Are you looking for ways to better manage and respond to your stress and anxiety levels?

Join me to learn some simple techniques that will help empower you to manage your stress, calm your nervous system and take back control of your wellbeing.

We’ll explore and practice a range of breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and yoga poses – so you’ll come away with a toolkit you can draw on to help you handle stress and anxiety with greater confidence, and create more calm and focus in your life.

No prior experience of yoga is required. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or you’re brand new to yoga – if you want to take some time to focus on your own wellbeing and try out some practical ways to reduce stress, then this workshop is for you.

Online course: yoga for complete beginners

Four-week online yoga course

This course is perfect for you if you've never done yoga before, or have tried it but think it's not for you. It's also great if you simply want to practise yoga at a gentle pace, taking time to really focus on and get to know some key yoga poses and practices

Join me online, in a friendly, calm, supportive environment to learn the basics of yoga. By the end of the course, I hope you'll have learned that yoga really is for every body!

Spaces are limited, so I can keep groups small and work closely with students online: so get in touch to find out more or reserve your place. The course is run regularly throughout the year, so if you can't make the current course dates, you can still get in touch to register your interest.

Great for anyone with some experience of yoga (even if your experience isn't that recent, or isn't that much!).

We’ll practice a range of yoga poses at a gentle pace, as I support you to find ease and develop a practice that works for you.

Online yoga classes, twice a week - join in live, or catch up using recordings.

Great for anyone with some experience of yoga (even if your experience isn't that recent, or isn't that much!).

We’ll practice a range of yoga poses and sequences, as I support and encourage you to find and deepen a practice that works for you.

It's a really relaxed session, where we take some time to move the body, focus on the breath, and calm the mind. Everyone is welcome - you can even join in if you're sat in a chair.
